What you will do

• Ensure continuous operation, compliance, and security of enterprise network infrastructure.
• Oversee change management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis processes.
• Plan and execute upgrades, installations, and ongoing support for network hardware and appliances.
• Develop and manage capacity dashboards to monitor performance and support steady-state operations.
• Integrate AI agents and automation frameworks to streamline network operations and diagnostics.
• Mentor team members and promote effective collaboration across global network teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise network/security engineering experience.
• Must be eligible to work in Brazil without visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency in routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, Palo Alto/Cisco firewalls, F5, Infoblox, and Cloudflare.
• Experience with VPN technologies, packet analysis, and centralized management tools.
• Experience with AI agents or automation frameworks such as integrating LLM-based assistance.

Nice to have

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Palo Alto (PCNSE) certifications.
• Automation skills including Python, Ansible, and API development.
• Experience building custom AI agents and tuning AI models using network log data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
