What you will do
- Provide technical support to internal users remotely and in person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, repair, and replace IT equipment and systems.
- Support access management, security protocols, antivirus, and firewall solutions.
- Record IT issues and user requests, and create and update self-help documentation.
- Guide and train users when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain calm in challenging situations.
- 0–1 year of experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
