Account Specialist

Location: US - IN - Carmel (hirify.global)

What you will do

• Make funding determinations using daily dealer account usage and multiple data points.
• Communicate account status to dealers and resolve account issues.
• Approve or deny floorings based on dealer business models and identified risk.
• Analyze account trends and metrics to help mitigate risk.
• Promote other hirify.global products and services to customers.
• Operate in compliance with applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or account management.
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a collections role or environment.
• Familiarity with automotive and financial services concepts, procedures, and processes.
• Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong organizational, clerical, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience handling vehicle titles.
• Account management experience in the automotive industry.
