Sr. Ethernet Product Manager (IPU)

Location: Virtual US; fully home-based, with occasional attendance at hirify.global sites. Must live and work in the United States.

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for next-generation IPU solutions.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into differentiated Ethernet product features.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to guide product development.
• Act as a technical thought leader with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and revenue models to support product growth.
• Represent hirify.global externally and influence product direction and technology adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data centers, servers, or Ethernet networking.
• 10+ years of experience with networking protocols and data center system architectures.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, technical management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing product business value propositions.
• hirify.global immigration sponsorship is not available; candidates must be able to live and work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration or an advanced engineering degree.
• Experience with cloud, telco, and enterprise data center deployments.
• Experience with ASIC/SoC development cycles, vendor management, contract negotiations, or silicon supply chain operations.
