Senior Account Director (Social Media)

Location: London, hybrid — 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Lead the overall delivery of activity across an allocated client account, ensuring work is on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, supporting retention and identifying opportunities to expand the scope of work.
• Manage major integrated campaigns by coordinating agency teams, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
• Lead crisis management and problem-solving, escalating issues to senior leadership when required.
• Manage client project budgets, allocating spend against briefs, rate cards, and agreed scopes of work.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, social, production, and media departments to deliver campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Account Director in a social-first or creative agency.
• Proficiency across media and social, with a strong understanding of how they work together.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders through complex, integrated campaigns.
• Confidence building relationships and managing communication with senior client contacts.
• Experience presenting recommendations and campaign updates and managing client feedback.
• Strong end-to-end project delivery skills covering timelines, budgets, documentation, and execution, plus a deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and cultural moments.
