What you will do

• Design and operate AI-powered pipelines to capture knowledge from enterprise systems, transcripts, and artifacts.
• Develop and optimize AI agents through prompt design, evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Define conceptual knowledge models, ontologies, and content-specific chunking strategies for retrieval-ready structures.
• Build pipelines that convert raw, unstructured inputs into structured, template-aligned outputs using AI.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to align knowledge models and retrieval pipelines.
• Track quality metrics (accuracy, completeness) and implement automated redaction for sensitive information.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or data engineering.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Proven experience implementing AI/LLM-based workflows in production.
• Experience designing data pipelines and structured capture or transformation processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and improve quality metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with RAG evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS) and observability tools (LangSmith, TruLens).
• Proficiency with vector databases and knowledge graph platforms like Neo4j Bloom.
• Experience with AI extraction tools such as Unstructured.io or LlamaParse.
• Familiarity with cloud environments including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
