Senior AI/ML Engineer

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw with four office days per month, or fully remote from Poland. Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML systems for business applications.
• Build AI/ML engineering infrastructure for batch and real-time pipeline orchestration.
• Design and improve MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps pipelines using industry best practices.
• Run large-scale experiments and tests to improve the quality and efficiency of ML and data pipelines.
• Make AI/ML models accessible to end users and downstream processes through collaboration with scientists and engineers.
• Use Python, MLflow, Azure services, and Databricks to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Industry experience designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems, integrating models into business applications, and monitoring models at scale.
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with related ML libraries.
• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle principles and MLOps, LLMOps, or AgentOps tooling, including MLflow, LangChain, vector databases, or evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Azure, Azure ML, Azure Foundry, Azure Bicep, Azure Cloud Storage, and Databricks.
• Experience with REST APIs for model serving, Docker, container orchestration, relational and non-relational databases, testing, operations, and software engineering best practices.
