What you will do

• Build and develop Agentic AI and Generative AI-based solutions and multi-agent systems.
• Integrate AI models into production systems, optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost.
• Perform data preparation, exploration, and analysis using Python and SQL, including building ETL pipelines.
• Work with on-premises Linux-based GPU computing platforms and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with data scientists, Product Owners, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• Document technical approaches, model architectures, and implementation details.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or ML roles with a strong AI focus.
• Expertise in Python and software engineering best practices, including clean code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., ADK).
• Experience with GCP services and Linux-based GPU environments.
• English proficiency: B2 or above.
• Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Experience with neural networks, including CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Knowledge of Knowledge Graphs and graph databases such as Neo4j.
• German language skills.
