Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland — 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home

What you will do

• Own and expand internal AI agent tooling, including skills, agents, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment tools.
• Build and deploy secure, reproducible LLM-based agents for data modeling, semantic layers, data quality, and validation.
• Develop reusable AI skills that help assistants answer business questions accurately using the data warehouse.
• Evaluate and productionize RAG pipelines, vector databases, model providers, and self-hosted agent infrastructure.
• Support analysts and data engineers with semantic layers, canonical schemas, and AI evaluation datasets.
• Troubleshoot MCP integrations and own deployed-agent reliability, monitoring, evaluation, and incident response.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Engineer, or Software Engineer building production systems with LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, GPT, or similar LLM APIs, plus solid knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Strong Python and SQL skills and experience with data models and cloud data warehouses.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to investigate unproven tools and make pragmatic build-versus-adopt decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional working English at B2+ level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-quality frameworks such as Soda.
• Experience with Airflow, CI/CD pipelines, internal developer tooling, platform engineering, or AI agent infrastructure.
• Experience running or contributing to multi-agent systems.
