What you will do

• Develop wafer-fab process modules for dielectrics using PECVD and for metallization using PVD equipment.
• Execute process development and integration tasks while building product and process knowledge.
• Lead small- and medium-sized process integration or optimization projects.
• Serve as a sub-project leader for process development and integration tasks in complex projects.
• Maintain technical knowledge, procedures, and internal and external contacts in the area of expertise.
• Participate actively in PC&O process improvement teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent education in semiconductor device physics, semiconductor technology, and/or microelectronics.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology.
• Hands-on experience developing wafer-fab process modules on PECVD and/or PVD equipment.
• Fluency in German and good English proficiency.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, achievement-oriented approach.
