Senior Desktop Engineer (SCCM)

Location: US-Remote

Salary: $81,850–$110,000 annually

What you will do

• Provide Tier 3 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related end-user hardware.
• Deliver deskside and dispatch support services at required EPA locations as needed.
• Manage and deploy specialized software and configurations for EPA end users.
• Assist enterprise engineers with patching and updating approved applications.
• Coordinate with Tier 4 vendors and local stakeholders on support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of desktop engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• Required experience with SCCM/MECM.
• Experience managing customer requests and expectations.
• Strong communication skills for working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to maintain a public trust clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Defender.
• Project management experience.
