Codex User (STEM) Expert (AI)

IT consulting company supporting a project focused on improving real-world AI coding capabilities.

What you will do

• Document real-world use cases involving AI coding agents such as Codex and GitHub Copilot.
• Share workflows for navigating large codebases, debugging, feature development, and architectural changes.
• Provide detailed walkthroughs of technical problem-solving and explain tool-selection decisions.
• Evaluate AI coding agent performance and provide structured feedback on productivity and code quality.
• Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders through clear technical communication.

Requirements

• Current STEM or software professional with hands-on experience using AI coding agents.
• Experience applying AI tools to complex programming tasks.
• Strong experience with debugging, large codebase navigation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to document technical workflows clearly and thoroughly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Codex, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding agents.
• Experience with large-scale software projects or architectural refactoring.
• Strong technical documentation and evaluation skills.
