What you will do

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Spanish (Latin America).
• Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and correctness of Spanish language usage.
• Challenge models on advanced topics including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, and secure coding practices.
• Capture reproducible error traces and document failure modes to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• Fluency in Spanish (Latin America) is required.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Proven real-world coding experience, technical writing in Spanish, or open-source contributions.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication by "showing your work".
