Location: Remote from Spain or Poland with no visa sponsorship; legal right to work in these countries is required.

What you will do

• Design, automate, and run QA workflows including metrics and quality dashboards.
• Support and maintain annotation interfaces in Label Studio.
• Write clear, testable annotation guidelines and maintain documentation.
• Source, onboard, and coordinate freelance annotators to meet project deadlines.
• Analyze annotation output and project data to produce decision-useful summaries.
• Participate in designing programs to validate AI system quality.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1) and working fluency in Italian, Portuguese, or Polish.
• Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, and Python/pandas automation.
• Strong written communication and structured thinking for guideline creation.
• Proven ability to coordinate people or projects to deadlines.
• Self-directed and able to independently manage an area.
• Must have legal right to work in Spain or Poland; visa sponsorship is not available.
