Supervisor, Integrated Planning and Scheduling (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Must be able to work up to five days in the office when required and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.

Annual salary: $117,780–$130,870, plus potential incentive.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain integrated master schedules for district operations, vegetation and conduit, substation operations, and major projects.
• Maintain scheduling templates, activity models, historical costs, and duration data for accurate forecasts and estimates.
• Monitor workload, productivity, service-level performance, manpower utilization, and workload trends.
• Develop contingency plans to rebalance workload with senior scheduling supervisors and district or substation management.
• Identify and implement planning, scheduling, and operational best practices.
• Ensure data integrity in work management systems and operating databases.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a related field.
• Expert project and schedule management skills, including experience with Primavera 5 or later.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, operations, maintenance, safety standards, business processes, and labor contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and availability to travel between MA, CT, and NH.
• Visa or immigration sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring sponsorship to start employment will not be considered.
