What you will do
- Prepare billing information and support accurate, efficient billing processes.
- Bill customers across multiple websites and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Review payments and help reconcile customer payments with cash applications.
- Take appropriate action on delinquent accounts and assist customers with billing issues.
- Collaborate with sales, credit, and customers to meet billing requirements and maintain internal controls.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience in a similar-level Accounts Payable, Cash Applications, or administrative role.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong customer service skills.
