TL;DR
Senior Product Owner (AI & ML): Defining and delivering enterprise AI/ML product roadmaps and scalable capabilities for UAE banking with an accent on LLM evaluation, agentic workflows, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership. Focus on building observability and performance frameworks, resolving multi-squad dependencies, and driving adoption of LangChain, Pinecone, and Azure OpenAI.

What you will do
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI and ML products in line with the bank’s transformation agenda.
- Translate Generative AI strategy into prioritized initiatives and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Lead cross-functional, multi-squad delivery of secure, compliant, and high-impact AI capabilities.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, KPIs, ROI measures, ethical benchmarks, observability tools, and dashboards for LLMs and agentic workflows.
- Manage multi-squad backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, resolve dependencies, and drive velocity, quality, and value realization.
- Present product vision and impact to senior stakeholders and executive leadership while evaluating emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience focused on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Proven success delivering enterprise AI platforms and leading cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with strategic product planning, agile portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, business case development, and customer-centric design.
- Knowledge of AI lifecycle and evaluation frameworks, regulatory and ethical AI considerations, and advanced communication and influence.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, RLHF, agentic systems, Jira, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or certification in Product Management or AI Strategy.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification.
