What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled efficiency improvements.
• Lead the design and architecture of major systems and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs.
• Design and implement data pipelines that centralize operational data for informed decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, methodologies, and AI capabilities for enterprise-scale deployment.
• Resolve complex, high-priority issues in development and production environments while maintaining solution quality and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in solution reviews, and promote AI awareness and training across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand processes and develop data and AI solutions.
• Ability to learn and implement technologies for enterprise-scale deployment.
• Experience building data pipelines with Python and other data-ingestion tools.
• Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience building or deploying LLM- or generative-AI-powered systems.
• Healthcare industry experience.
