Senior Recruiter (Audio Visual / Technology Talent)

What you will do

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for Audio Visual engineering, project management, project delivery, and field service technician roles.
• Map talent across AV integrators, technology providers, manufacturers, low-voltage firms, managed services organizations, and adjacent technical markets.
• Build passive-candidate pipelines through personalized outreach and engagement in specialized AV and technology talent ecosystems.
• Partner with senior leaders to define current and future talent needs based on growth, project complexity, service demand, and capability gaps.
• Assess candidates for technical depth, project delivery capability, field service readiness, customer orientation, safety mindset, and performance in fast-paced environments.
• Present candidate slates and advise on offer strategy, technical leveling, compensation positioning, certifications, travel requirements, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with success hiring specialized technical talent.
• Experience recruiting in Audio Visual, technology integration, low-voltage, connected workplace, or related technical services.
• Experience recruiting engineering, project management and PMO, project delivery, and field operations professionals.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, market intelligence, candidate assessment, stakeholder consulting, and offer negotiation.
• Working knowledge of Audio Visual systems, AV/IT networking, collaboration technologies, commissioning, field installation, and customer-facing technical operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
