What you will do

• Translate customer domain knowledge into data infrastructure requirements and resolve data issues with client delivery teams.
• Explore raw customer data, identify patterns and discrepancies, and document assumptions and decisions.
• Design and implement automated, AI-enhanced ETL/ELT pipelines for relational and non-relational databases.
• Run automated tests and targeted manual reviews to ensure data and product quality.
• Build anomaly detection, AI-assisted quality checks, natural-language interfaces, statistical analyses, visualizations, and interactive investigation platforms.
• Improve internal data-cleaning and quality-assessment tools through automation and AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a data-driven role or equivalent data-related research experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, mathematics, engineering, or another data-driven field.
• Competence in Python, R, or an equivalent programming language.
• Competence in at least two areas: databases such as SQL or PostgreSQL; data science libraries such as NumPy or pandas; pipeline tools such as Dagster, Airflow, or dbt; or cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings and operational workflows clearly and produce trusted, high-quality datasets.
• Self-starter mindset, strong collaboration skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Nice to have

• Generative AI tools such as AWS Bedrock or LangChain.
• Testing frameworks such as pytest.
