Affiliate Marketing & Communications Manager

Location: Remote, Lithuania

Salary: €2,000–€3,300 per month

What you will do

• Own the marketing and communications strategy for a consumer product.
• Run customer acquisition campaigns through third-party advertising and traffic platforms.
• Source, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
• Create or direct advertising banners, GIFs, short videos, and promotional assets.
• Manage the product's presence on Reddit, X, and similar channels.
• Represent the company at affiliate industry conferences, with travel and attendance covered.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C marketing and communications.
• Experience running paid campaigns through third-party advertising or traffic platforms.
• Direct experience sourcing affiliates and managing affiliate relationships.
• Strong visual and creative judgment, with the ability to produce or direct banners, GIFs, and short-form video.
• Excellent English communication skills and availability to travel for industry conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience in gambling, crypto, or other highly regulated consumer verticals.
