About the Role

You will own email marketing performance end to end, work directly with the Meta and Google paid ads teams to brief them on audiences, creatives, and landing pages, ensure every email and template stays visually on-brand, run weekly experiments on offers and formats, build and optimize flows for churned users and failed payment recovery, design and write quiz flows and results pages, and activate customers through owned channels and lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

• Proven track record owning email marketing performance at a SaaS or DTC company
• Experience briefing or collaborating with paid media teams
• Strong copy and design sensibility for on-brand emails
• Testing mindset with comfort running weekly experiments
• Experience with quiz funnels, lifecycle flows, and revenue recovery sequences
• Comfortable with platforms such as Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar

Responsibilities

• Own email marketing performance end-to-end
• Work directly with Meta and Google paid ads teams to brief them on audiences, creatives, and landing pages
• Ensure every email, template, and campaign stays visually on-brand
• Run weekly tests on new offers, campaigns, and email formats
• Build and optimize flows for churned users and failed payment recovery
• Design and write high-converting quiz flows and results pages
• Activate customers through owned channels and lifecycle marketing
