Affiliate Marketing Manager

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: From €2,900 gross per month; negotiable based on competencies

What you will do

• Maintain close, trust-based relationships with existing affiliate partners.
• Monitor partner activity, analyze performance, and identify improvement areas.
• Recommend measurable ways to increase affiliate performance.
• Track affiliate marketing trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for marketing, client outreach, and prospecting.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in partnerships marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Sales and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to find strategic, measurable business solutions through cross-channel collaboration.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing channels including PPC, social media, email, and SEO.
• Ability to take ownership, work responsibly, and collaborate effectively.
