About the Role
You will organize and manage the entire creative process from ideation to final delivery, brief copywriters, video editors, designers, and UGC creators with clear direction, sign off on final creatives and deliver approved assets to the ad buying team with testing angles, run structured creative testing frameworks, analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, own final quality control to ensure brand alignment, and lead a creative team as creative operations expand.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social roles
- Proven record of driving performance through creative direction across Meta, TikTok, or Google
- Strong analytical mindset with understanding of CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Skilled in briefing and collaborating with copywriters, designers, editors, and UGC creators
- Strong hands-on copywriting ability for hooks, scripts, and ad copy
- Deep understanding of conversion drivers including hooks, emotions, storytelling, and platform-native formats
- Highly organized with the ability to bring clarity and structure to the creative process
- Bonus: experience building creative systems or managing a creative team
