What you will do

• Analyze market, customer, and sales data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain point-of-sale reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Communicate business trends and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on assortment, inventory, and pricing to drive revenue and profitability.
• Conduct in-store audits of planograms and merchandising tactics.
• Manage forecasting tools and support business unit reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in sales, inventory, pricing, and market trend analysis within the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP applications, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work professionally with all levels of the organization.
