What you will do

• Track daily KPIs and optimize operational output and commercial supply availability.
• Lead and motivate operations managers and a co-located service team.
• Develop and refine daily and weekly processes for real-time operations management.
• Coordinate with remote assistance, technical program management, facilities, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
• Develop creative solutions to complex and ambiguous technical operations problems.
• Provide onsite leadership during incident response and support tactical and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10–50 people in an operations environment.
• Deep experience with autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to teams, peers, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Availability for 100% in-office and in-field work across the Greater Salt Lake Area.
