IT ServiceNow Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal

Salary: €28,000–€52,000 per month

What you will do

• Work as a Functional or Business Analyst on IT and ServiceNow-related projects.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and UX/UI principles to analysis activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders and contribute to challenging client projects.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with requirements gathering.
• Experience documenting functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and strong communication skills.
• Fluent French at C1 level or higher is mandatory.
• Good understanding of English.
