Mid-Level IT Service Management Business Analyst (ServiceNow) – French Speaker

Location: Porto, Portugal, with a hybrid work model. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in Portugal.

What you will do

• Challenge user requests and prioritise standard, out-of-the-box ServiceNow features to limit technical debt.
• Lead needs-collection workshops across IT, HR, Facilities, and other departments.
• Map business processes and document functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
• Write detailed user stories and define precise acceptance criteria for development.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and validate deliverables before production releases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Functional or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Ability to document functional requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and strong communication skills.
• Fluent French and English; existing legal right to work in Portugal required.
