Monetization Team Lead (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Monetization Managers.
• Allocate resources, balance campaign workloads, and improve operational processes.
• Translate business goals into long-term revenue strategies and LiveOps event calendars.
• Analyze player data, segmentation, and cohort metrics to identify revenue and engagement opportunities.
• Plan and implement events and promotion strategies based on user behavior.
• Partner with Product, Game Economy, Design, Technical Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver monetization features that support player retention.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data and trends to inform decisions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations, and work in a fast-growing startup environment.
