What you will do

• Define and execute the monetization vision for Tetris Block Party, aligning business goals with player experience.
• Own and optimize monetization KPIs, including revenue, ARPDAU, payer conversion, and LTV.
• Design pricing strategies, in-game offers, promotions, and monetization systems.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve commercial performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Game Economy, Data, LiveOps, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Mentor monetization professionals and track industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in monetization or business functions within the gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading monetization strategy for live mobile games.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing, player segmentation, and revenue optimization.
• BA/B.Sc. degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
• English proficiency, both written and spoken.
