Ad Monetization Manager (Mobile Gaming)

What you will do

• Manage advertising monetization strategy across a portfolio of games and demand partners in collaboration with studios.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests from setup through recommendations.
• Improve game monetization strategies, including in-app purchases and pricing.
• Analyze LTV, ARPDAU, eCPM, and retention metrics and convert insights into ship, iterate, or kill decisions.
• Lead cross-monetization initiatives, including the integration and scaling of ad networks and partner solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams on SDK integrations, data, dashboards, and automation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in ad monetization within a top mobile gaming studio.
• Knowledge of an ad mediation platform such as MAX or LevelPlay and an MMP such as Adjust.
• Fluent English and confidence communicating with studios and external partners.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized approach.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including dashboards and data manipulation.
• Proactive and efficient approach to pressing issues, with a creative and hacker mindset.
