Partner Solutions Architect, Technology Partners (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based in San Francisco, California

What you will do

• Lead technical engagements with strategic technology partners and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate end-to-end systems and launch strategies.
• Develop enablement plans, technical content, tools, and documentation for developers and partners.
• Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflows and influence the product roadmap.
• Build strong working relationships with partner technical counterparts and internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Solution Consultant, or Sales Engineer.
• Strong expertise in API integrations, SaaS platforms, enterprise architectures, and technology partner ecosystems.
• Production development proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, Go, Rust, or Node.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents, LLM-powered tools, or workflow automation beyond basic prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP deployment, monitoring, and basic DevOps.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
