Data & Systems Specialist (6 Months FTC) (SAP/Supply Chain): Owning SAP, EDI, customer master data, reporting, and technical supply chain projects across planning, logistics, and customer service with an accent on process optimisation, data quality, and automation. Focus on coordinating Celonis, Esker, SAP TM, and Power BI initiatives, building actionable dashboards, and improving supply chain processes through process mining and RPA.

is recruiting for its UK supply chain operations team.
What you will do
- Own customer master data, pricing, and customer hierarchy changes in SAP and related systems.
- Act as SAP super user and support SAP, EDI, Celonis, Esker, and SAP TM developments, testing, training, and documentation.
- Coordinate technical supply chain projects from planning through delivery, tracking timelines, risks, blockers, and adoption.
- Lead process mining, RPA, and continuous improvement initiatives across planning, logistics, and customer service.
- Automate data pulls, create datasets, and build Excel or Power BI dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Document key processes and streamline data sources from 3PL portals and SAP BI systems.
Requirements
- SAP experience with MM and SD modules is essential.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports from scratch.
- High-level Microsoft Excel skills.
- SQL and Python or R experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with data architecture or design is preferred.
