Hausa or Yoruba Speaking - Regional Marketing Executive

Location: Remote in Lagos, Nigeria

hirify.global is hiring for a regional marketing role focused on the Nigerian market.

What you will do

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies for Nigeria.
• Develop and implement demand-generation and lead-generation plans and rollouts.
• Launch marketing campaigns, evaluate results against KPIs, and report on deliverables.
• Conduct market research covering local ethics, culture, customs, trends, and best practices.
• Support marketing events, exhibitions, ongoing marketing activities, and regional teams.
• Coordinate the marketing team and manage delegated projects assigned by the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian market.
• Native Hausa or Yoruba speaker with excellent English.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, metrics, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and target-oriented working skills.
