Localization Specialist (Online Marketing)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work system.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end localization of digital marketing campaigns across the Americas, Europe, Oceania, Japan, and Korea.
• Review and adapt campaign assets for digital channels in line with global brand guidelines.
• Assess and approve cultural and regulatory content or visual adaptations.
• Collaborate with Translation Managers and regional Marketing teams to ensure linguistic accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate localization timelines, perform quality checks, and support timely delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvements in localization processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Languages, Localization, or a related field.
• Experience in localization, digital marketing, campaign management, content production, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of localization workflows, digital marketing processes, and Digital Asset Management systems.
• Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Collaborative, adaptable, culturally aware, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
