Marketing Manager

What you will do

• Deliver event-based marketing projects and campaigns for clinical audiences in collaboration with Lancet Marketing & Communications, editorial teams, and hirify.global colleagues.
• Produce live and on-demand Lancet webinars and coordinate Lancet Lectures with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Own marketing plans that increase abstract submissions, event registrations, website traffic, content usage, and lead generation.
• Create and maintain event landing pages on TheLancet.com with Product Managers and Web Content Solutions teams.
• Improve the discoverability of conference and event offerings.
• Report on campaign performance, insights, and event marketing spend against budget.

Requirements

• Relevant marketing experience, preferably in publishing, healthcare, academia, or a related industry.
• Strong project management, time management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as BigMarker, HubSpot, Braze, Sprinklr, or Monday.com.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Fluency with AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Experience working in a matrix organization and adapting to changing priorities is also required.
