Growth Data Analyst

Location: Aldgate, London, hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary: £35,000–£60,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with the Growth team on measurement across global marketing activity.
• Turn data into insights that support user acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
• Work with Growth, Product and Data teams to understand performance and identify causes.
• Find actionable opportunities hidden in user and marketing data.
• Explain complex analysis and data findings in simple terms.

Requirements

• Ability to solve complex analytical problems.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly and simply.
• Interest in growth, marketing activity and user lifecycle metrics.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week in the London office.
