Senior Service Analyst (Data Analytics)

Location: Remote anywhere in the UK, with the option to work from the London or Cardiff office.

Salary: £40,400–£51,050 for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Produce weekly reports, Monthly Business Reviews, operations monitoring, and domain business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• Build Looker dashboards and standalone management information for customer operations and service teams.
• Analyse complex data across Looker, Anaplan, Airtable, and Google Sheets using SQL, and automate processes where possible.
• Create dynamic burndown plans to forecast return-to-service dates and service recovery.
• Manage cross-domain incidents, participate in a Monday-to-Friday on-call rota, and occasionally support specific weekend projects.
• Conduct service deep dives, assess supply and demand gaps, manage task routing, and align performance with global operations functions.

Requirements

• Experience in service delivery, optimisation, and workforce management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to manage project lifecycles independently and lead solution implementation.
• Advanced Looker and Google Sheets skills, with the ability to present findings clearly in Google Slides and Google Docs.
• Experience handling incidents and creating actionable, data-driven response plans.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including managing critical conversations and coaching colleagues.
• Understanding of task views, task types, routing, scheduled activities, and workforce optimisation principles.
