What you will do

• Advise Global Markets business units on transactions, new products, and business initiatives.
• Develop compliance policies, procedures, and best practices for Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities teams.
• Support regulatory liaison with the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Singapore Exchange.
• Analyze relevant regulatory and rule changes and support their implementation.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Engineering control functions.

Requirements

• Prior compliance, legal, accounting, business, or other relevant experience involving securities or financial businesses is preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore securities or financial markets.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
