What you will do

  • Support the Compliance Lead on new licensing projects with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, and other applicable regulators.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
  • Review and improve company policies, systems, provisions, and procedures to align with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement required compliance changes.
  • Prepare and submit routine and ad hoc regulatory reports accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit at a fintech or financial institution, or experience as legal counsel at a law firm.
  • Experience working with financial regulators, including OJK, Bank Indonesia, or Bappebti.
  • Knowledge of regulations for at least one financial product, such as peer-to-peer lending, multifinance, or e-wallets.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, presentation skills, and influencing ability.
