Senior Software Engineer / Senior AI Engineer (AI/LLM): Building and shipping production-grade AI-powered features, including retrieval pipelines, tool-augmented agents, and agentic workflows integrated with enterprise systems with an accent on evaluation, observability, guardrails, and reusable engineering patterns. Focus on designing multi-step agent systems, instrumenting usage and quality metrics, and transferring operable solutions to host functions.

What you will do
- Build prototypes, proofs of concept, and production-grade agentic AI solutions within cross-functional Innovation Squads.
- Implement and test tool use, retrieval pipelines, and agent workflows using memory, tools, and retrieval for multi-step tasks.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows through APIs and data pipelines.
- Contribute to evaluation, observability, guardrails, instrumentation, and measurement of usage, productivity, quality, and outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality code and documentation while creating reusable patterns, reference implementations, and starter kits.
- Collaborate with technical peers and business stakeholders, identify risks early, and support handover and capability-building.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on production development of LLM-powered applications such as RAG systems, tool-augmented agents, or agentic workflows.
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience with prompt engineering, context management, evaluation, observability, and agent fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript or JavaScript, SQL, and relevant AI SDKs.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; CI/CD, modern SDLC, TDD, code review, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Experience working with relational, columnar, and vector stores, as well as clear communication with technical peers and stakeholders.
