GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Build automation, enrichment, and agent workflows for BDR, AE, customer success, marketing, and GTM leadership teams.
• Shape the GTM systems architecture by evaluating tools, defining their roles, and removing unnecessary complexity.
• Develop internal tools, integrations, and AI agents where code is the right solution.
• Work directly with revenue teams to identify problems, investigate root causes, and ship daily improvements.
• Support the GTM systems stack end-to-end through automation and hands-on issue resolution.

Requirements

• Experience writing code and building reliable systems used by others.
• Strong knowledge of outbound, sales, customer success, and go-to-market tooling.
• Product-minded approach focused on identifying real user problems and creating clear solutions.
• Ability to design clean architectures, investigate root causes, and make decisive technical choices.
• Strong practical experience using AI and judgment about where it provides genuine value.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment without an established playbook.
