Customer Service Center Representative II, Billing (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, New Hampshire, United States. Emergency assignments may require work outside normal responsibilities, hours, and location.

Annual salary: $50,050–$55,610, with potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Process customer billing adjustments, order entries, and billing errors.
• Initiate field investigations related to customer billing.
• Apply customer procedures and policies while exercising judgment under moderate supervision.
• Respond to customer calls outside regular hours during emergency situations.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a structured, monitored environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Effective concise oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer applications, including Word and Excel.
• Analytical, decision-making, organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established processes, work with minimal supervision, and function reliably in a team environment.
• Successful completion of the SHL Customer Service Representative test.
