Chief Commercial Officer & General Manager – EMEA (AI)

Location: Remote from Germany; EMEA regional hub options include the UK, Germany or Poland.

What you will do

• Own the commercial trajectory and full P&L for an EMEA business of approximately 1,000 people across Germany, the UK, Ireland, Poland and Romania.
• Scale regional sales, business development and account expansion, personally leading qualification, shaping and closing of complex enterprise pursuits.
• Define EMEA go-to-market priorities, value propositions, account-based marketing and thought leadership in collaboration with global Marketing.
• Lead a cross-functional leadership team spanning Business Development, Operations, Technology and Account Management.
• Improve delivery performance, client satisfaction, project margins, resource forecasting and cross-functional capacity planning.
• Shape AI-enabled services and regional technology capabilities across cloud-native architecture, data engineering, platform modernization, Agile, DevOps and product-led development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of commercial leadership with regional or business-unit P&L responsibility in digital product development, technology consulting or premium software services.
• Proven ownership of a regional P&L of at least €50M–€100M+, with year-on-year growth and improved conversion of qualified opportunities.
• Personal track record of winning and expanding strategic enterprise accounts and leading complex digital transformation pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of agile software engineering, cloud transformation, UX/UI, emerging technologies and AI, with credibility among CTOs and engineering leaders.
• Extensive experience across European markets, including DACH, the UK and CEE delivery hubs.
• Experience building a business, market, practice or product line from scratch and operating effectively with incomplete infrastructure.
