Senior Financial Analyst (Robotics)

hirify.global develops commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform used in industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and update annual budgets and rolling forecasts with teams across the business.
• Review purchases, expenses, and commitments for alignment with budgets, policies, and financial controls.
• Partner with business leaders by providing financial analysis and recommendations for operational and strategic decisions.
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, working capital, and liquidity across multiple entities and currencies.
• Build financial models and what-if scenarios covering investment decisions, hardware unit economics, and scaling assumptions.
• Prepare financial results, variance analysis, and KPI reporting for leadership and the Board.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a comparable finance role.
• Working familiarity with IFRS / GAAP and their impact on financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills, plus experience with an ERP or accounting system such as SAP.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, business-partnering, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to learn new FP&A tools and use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Nice to have

• CFA, ACA/ACCA/CIMA, CPA, CMA, or MBA, or active progress toward one.
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally in hardware, robotics, deep tech, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with R&D tax credits, grants, incentive programs, and multi-entity or multi-currency finance operations.
• Experience with FP&A, reporting, or data-visualization tools.
