Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario; candidates must reside within commuting distance of the specified office and attend regular in-office events.

Salary: CAD 81,000–90,000 per year, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop financial planning tools for topline revenue, churn, cost efficiency, GTM capacity, and multi-year scenarios.
• Design budget-versus-actual reporting and analyze market, customer, product, and offering-level financial trends.
• Partner with GTM leaders on cost actuals, forecasting, budgeting, and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support month-end close, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and accurate accrual maintenance.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for product launches, strategic partnerships, and capital investment decisions.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams to automate analytics and centralized FP&A reporting, including AI use cases.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategy, or a similar analytical function.
• Significant experience with BI and visualization platforms, FP&A systems, and advanced Excel functionality including Power Query and Power Pivot.
• Experience building and sustaining financial tools or models from ideation through implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, data modeling, business judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with technology or SaaS revenue, GTM functions, and AI use cases is highly desirable.
