What you will do

• Shape and drive the sustainability strategy, define priorities, and coordinate sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Act as the central contact for sustainability and ESG matters, fostering knowledge sharing and building a cross-functional sustainability network.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ESG reporting with transparency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop sustainability policies, standards, practices, and business-relevant KPIs; establish data governance and oversee data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Coordinate Group sustainability matters and collaborate with international stakeholders across business functions.
• Monitor sustainability trends and regulations, identify improvement opportunities, and translate developments into pragmatic solutions while maintaining documentation, budgets, and records.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Responsibility, Strategy, Consulting, or a comparable role within an international organization.
• Proven experience developing and implementing sustainability strategies across complex, cross-functional business environments.
• Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting requirements, and sustainability regulations, including CSRD, ESRS, GRI, TCFD, and related global standards.
• Hands-on experience with ESG reporting, sustainability KPIs, data governance, and reporting structures.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across multiple business functions and international teams.
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to turn complex sustainability topics into pragmatic, business-oriented solutions.
• Strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a genuine passion for sustainability.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience across supply chain, product development, operations, compliance, and corporate functions.
• Experience managing external partners, auditors, certification bodies, or industry initiatives.
• German language skills.
