Director Facility Europe (m/w/d) in Sevenum (near Venlo)

What you will do

• Define and implement a European Facility Management strategy supporting growth, operational resilience, and sustainability.
• Lead and develop the international Facility Management organization across logistics centers, warehouses, headquarters, and offices.
• Establish governance structures, accountability models, KPIs, reporting standards, and continuous improvement practices.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Technical Engineering function responsible for conveyor and automation maintenance.
• Manage multi-million-euro CAPEX and OPEX budgets, supplier performance, and long-term investment planning.
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, HR, Finance, and Executive Management.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in international Facility Management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Strategic leadership experience across multiple international locations and large teams.
• Experience managing multi-million-euro budgets and complex supplier landscapes.
• Structured and strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable processes and governance.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly across European sites and be on site in Sevenum.
