Facility Access Management Specialist (f/m/d) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage physical access regulations, restrictions, and processes to protect employees, infrastructure, and information.
• Classify access zones by sensitivity, evaluate department needs, and assign access profiles.
• Develop visitor registration and management processes involving access systems, guarding, and reception services.
• Set up and produce ID cards for internal and external personnel.
• Scale access and visitor management systems across existing and upcoming sites.
• Investigate physical access data related to incidents or misconduct and ensure compliance with data protection, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, process, project, information, or security management, or a related field, with initial practical experience; alternatively, several years of experience as a trained administration professional.
• Initial experience with access and visitor management, preferably in the production industry.
• Familiarity with access and visitor management systems, tools, and processes.
• Good knowledge of process and information management.
• Fluent German and very good English, spoken and written, are required.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in critical infrastructure.
