Technical Account Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and solution architect for major enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with senior technical stakeholders and security leaders while assessing customer environments, architectures, and risk posture.
• Advise on scalable hirify.global deployments, complex integrations, and optimization of platform adoption.
• Own renewal and upsell pipeline activities in partnership with the Account Director.
• Lead technical proofs of concept, sales presentations, and responses to RFIs and RFPs.
• Represent customer needs in roadmap discussions, business reviews, executive briefings, and industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior technical or solution architecture roles within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, compliance, cloud security, and related security domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT and cloud or hybrid environments.
• Excellent communication skills with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and work proactively in a matrixed organization.
